The beds were comfortable but the room was musty smelling. The pool area was very nice.

They had a free breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and more.

The on site restaurant was really good, but also really expensive.

The Palm Garden Hotel is right off the 101 freeway. There are a lot of bicycle paths around the Thousand Oaks area that can be accessed from this hotel.

Basically everything.

However, this was not a 3.5 star hotel... it should be the same as a motel 6 or something. The plants were very nice but I did not feel very safe and the room looked nothing like their website.

The free breakfast was fantastic and had a value of about $15 per person.

The room was not as clean as I have come to expect a hotel room to be.

The hotel was nice and I felt safe there. The room was perfect for the nights I was there as a business traveler. The room was not to big or small. Only short fall was the room could have been cleaner. I like a clean bathroom and this one did not measure up. ...read more

Rude staff. Dirty. Ant and bug infested!

I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend anyone else to stay here. The bathtub had dead bugs and ants. Ants were crawling all over the towels and the counter tops! Called front desk and they acted rude and as if they didn't care. ...read more
